Service Area | Independent Practice Operations Across Denver and the Front Range | Health Ops Denver
Health Ops Denver Start a review

Where we work.

Health Ops Denver works with independent practices of 1 to 10 providers within about two hours of Denver, from Colorado Springs in the south to Fort Collins in the north. We come on site when being in the room matters, and work by video for everything else.

The Front Range, roughly two hours out.

The radius is set by driving time, because some of this work only happens in person. If you are near the edge of it, ask. We would rather tell you honestly than turn down a practice we can serve well.

South metro

  • Lone Tree
  • Highlands Ranch
  • Centennial
  • Littleton
  • Parker
  • Castle Rock

Denver and west

  • Denver
  • Aurora
  • Lakewood

North and beyond

  • Boulder
  • Broomfield
  • Fort Collins
  • Colorado Springs

And the towns in between. If your practice is on the Front Range and you are independent, you are almost certainly in range.

On site, or by video.

We come to you when it matters

Mapping the patient journey, watching the front desk, sitting in on a staff meeting, coaching a new manager. Some things you have to see. Watching a Tuesday morning at your front desk tells you more than any report will.

Routine work happens by video

Reviewing numbers, working through payer contracts, vendor calls, building out a dashboard. This work does not need a drive, and not charging you for one keeps the engagement affordable at your size.

Why local is part of the point.

Pay ranges, vendor pricing, payer behavior, and referral relationships are all local. Knowing what a medical assistant earns in the south metro, or how a payer has been behaving with independent practices here, is not something you get from a national benchmark.

Being close enough to drive also means you get a partner who has seen your waiting room, not one who has only seen your spreadsheet.

Common questions.

What area does Health Ops Denver serve?

Independent practices within about two hours of Denver. That covers the south metro, Denver and Aurora, Lakewood and the west side, Boulder and Broomfield, north to Fort Collins, and south to Colorado Springs, along with the towns in between.

Do you work on site or remotely?

Both. We come on site across the Front Range when being in the room matters, such as mapping the patient journey, watching the front desk, or coaching staff. Routine work happens by video.

Do you work with practices outside Colorado?

The service area is built around being able to show up in person, so the Front Range is the focus. If you are outside that range and the work is mostly analysis, a video-only engagement can still work. We will tell you honestly if being on site would have made the difference.

What size and type of practice do you work with?

Independent practices with 1 to 10 providers, across a range of specialties. Most of the operational work looks the same across specialties, so your specialty matters less than you might think.

If you are on the Front Range and running an independent practice, we can get to you.

Start with the Operations and Money-Trail Review, a fixed fee based on your size, about two to three weeks, with no access to patient records. You can also read about where the money goes in a practice, or how we help run the business side.
